International Orders outside the USA 50 States

Due to US Federal ITAR Law,  Rifle Scopes and Rifle Scope accessories are NOT permitted to be exported under any circumstances.  Any order placed with an export destination will be canceled immediately. No exceptions.  You cannot purchase any riflescope or accessory if the ultimate destination is outside the USA, even if you have a third party take delivery within the USA, this is against US Law and you will be prosecuted by the US government.  They take this Law very seriously.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping is an economy service and can ship via USPS, Fedex or UPS are our discretion. This applies to orders under $189.00

RETURN POLICY

30 Day return from the date of purchase. NO RETURNS on scopes that have been mounted.    Un-Mounted Scopes, 30 Day return from the date of purchase. The Scope must be returned to our possesion by the 30th day of the original purchase or it will not be accepted for return.  It will be returned to you.

It is important that you contact us for a Return Authorization, prior to shipping any product back to us. All returns must be in brand new UN-MOUNTED  condition, with the original packaging. 15% re-stocking fee applies to any return with damaged or missing product box, accessories or original packing material.  Any scopes that are retuned that have been mounted will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.  The Scope box must not be missing any UPS codes/stickers. If they are the return will not be accepted.

ANY AND ALL Defective scopes must be sent to Steiner USA NOT to Direct Brands, LLC. Please call Steiner USA at 888-228-7747 for reapir or replacement.

International Orders

Due to USA Federal Law prohibiting the export of Riflescopes we cannot and will not sell any items on this site outside the USA.  NO international orders.

APO/FPO/DPO Shipments

Shipments to these destinations are shipped via US Priority Mail, Insured with delivery confirmation.  VERY IMPORTANT: Once the postal service accepts the package it can only be tracked while it is in the USA. Once the package reaches its final point in the USA before it leaves US airspace this will be the last record on the tracking report at USPS.com. Once the package is out of the USA it may take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on your location, to reach you.  Once the package is accepted by the postal service, Direct Brands, LLC has no ability to affect delivery or estimate delivery or any responsibility for delivery whatsoever.  If you have any questions or concerns  you will need to contact your local APO/FPO/DPO postal service location for help.  These shipments are insured for the PURCHASER”S  benefit.  Meaning:  should the package not reach the buyer’s destination the buyer is SOLEY responsible for filing the claim with the postal service. Direct Brands, LLC will not and does not file for the insurance with the postal service nor is Direct Brands, LLC responsible for the final delivery of the product by the Postal Service.  Should the customer need to make a claim for non-delivery or damage we will provide the proof of insurance for you, the buyer, to make a claim with the postal service.  By accepting our general policies you agree to these terms and are binding should payment be completed by the buyer.

FLORIDA SALES TAX
Only shipments within the state of Florida are subject to sales tax. Any shipment within Florida will be charged 6.5% state sales tax.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If you receive a damaged parcel from UPS or FedEx, note this with the driver and refuse the shipment. Please contact us right away. Direct Brands, LLC is not responsible for any damage whatsoever once the customer takes possession from the delivery company.
